We had a fantastic stay for 3 nights the weekend after Easter.

location: the hotel was really close to the outdoor restaurant "el raconet ", the communal areas and bar and the centre of a lovely town close to the circuit de barcelona catalunya.

Had a great dinner at a lovely restaurant. the peaceful location was top-notch. This place had all the essentials covered, definitely a spot I'd revisit! 🌟

Hotel was located almost in the old center of La Garriga. It was easy for us to go to Termes of La Garriga if we did not want to use SPA in hotel. If you wish to travel, this hotel is just in one hour car trip from Barcelona, Gerona, Montserrat. All staff in the hotel speaks English but outside the hotel we met with the language problems. All speaks Catalunian.

Everything was simply very comfortable. Greatly enjoyed my very relaxing stay for 3 nights. The room was huge and the personnel was affable. Got very comfy bed and a mini-bar, central heating, and satellite television. The hotel's location was central, to have a proper refurbishment.

Excellent service here. 🌟 You can park for free and enjoy a great breakfast with lots of healthy choices. the location is fantastic, making it easy to find the restaurant for a nice evening out or to explore the area.

The shower is a bit simply for this kind of hotel. The tv is a catodic tube...

The hotel is great, the spa is wonderful, the food is good and the location is excellent for my purpose.

The amenities in the room are very poor: only bath gel, shampoo and body lotion! No kleenex (paper tissues), no cotton pads or Q-tips, no complementary botled water, no conditioner, very limited quantity of towels......These are small things fut I feel they make a very big difference considering the price they charge;They could do so much better by adding these small things

The hotel had a lovely outside area and plenty of relaxing spaces. Close to town and quiet. Nice swimming pools, not overcrowded. Amazing evening meals with consistent quality. Spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds and a balcony. Good breakfast selection. Well-kept hotel. Busy but enjoyable spa.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Poor value for money, not just the hotel (which is not a luxury hotel by any stretch) but also the food, which is of average quality but pricey. The atmosphere's not a relaxing one, as the staff don't control the children in the pool (even if you complain), and so it has a Port Aventura/Butlins feel. The building is enormous, monolithic and quite ugly, and the rooms are dark with tiny windows, especially on the ground floor and 2nd floor. The staff also speak no Catalan, even to their catalan clients, in a catalan area, adding to the impression of a chain which drafts in staff from the outside and makes no effort to integrate with the village, steeped in catalan history. Doesn't hold a candle to beautiful Balneari Prats, just down the road.

The place, the city, the surroundings and the Spa were all fantastic. The hotel was also very good, specially if you consider its cost.

Even we asked for "non-smoking rooms", one of the rooms smelled as "smoking room".

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated in a quiet area, yet still within a short walk to a charming small town center. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing top-notch service. The room was spacious and newly refurbished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa facilities. With multiple thermal pools to choose from, I was able to relax and unwind in a calm and private atmosphere. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel itself was beautiful with gorgeous outdoor and pool areas. Although we didn't make use of the spa, it looked luxurious. The room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely balcony.

Despite the hotel being 4 star, there were a few comforts that were lacking such as tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been very convenient. The mini-bar selection was incredibly sparse. Only one or two of the hotel staff could speak English - even basic knowledge of the language for hotel visitors such as 'train station' were not known to the reception staff, which was very frustrating. The hotel is situated quite a distance from the airport (at least a 45min drive) so be prepared to pay at least 100 Euros for a taxi from the airport. It's also a 45 min train journey to the city and again, the staff at the train station don't speak or understand English. A train ticket to the city is very economical - 6.30 Euros for a single return ticket & the station is situated just behind the hotel (about a 5min walk).

The outdoor thermal pool is fantastic.

The free pool circuit included in the room price is ok but a little uninspiring. No sauna or steamrooms.
